US Still Pouring on the Heat

U.S. Predicting Steady Increase for Emissions

But in good news the EPA announced that diesel emissions would be drastically curtailed over the next quarter century, reducing Nitrous Oxide (smog former) by 80% and particulate matter by 90%.
